Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) West China

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) was launched in February 2008 by the Commission’s Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry. It builds on the former Euro Info Centre (EIC) and Innovation Relay Centre (IRC) Networks, established in 1987 and 1995 respectively.EEN provides SMEs with services in terms of technology innovation, industrialization, and trade support as the most influential service platform with the widest coverage. EEN involves 730 member organizations including chambers of commerce and industry, technology centres, universities, research institutes and development agencies at national, regional, provincial and municipal level as well as over 1 million SMEs from 65 countries. Besides EU Member States, EEN covers other non-EU countries including Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, U.S.A., Israel, Russia, Japan, Mexico, and Chili, etc.?

开元棋牌挂kg开元棋牌游戏网赌开元棋牌机器人In April 2011, EUPIC has obtained from the DG Enterprise of European Commission the approval for the application of “EEN West China” Network, and from 2015, EUPIC has become “EEN West-North China” covering ten provinces including Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou, Xinjiang, Tibet, Qinghai, Gansu, Ningxia, and Shaanxi in West China, as well as Heilongjiang, Liaoning, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, Hebei, Shandong, Beijing and Tianjin in North China. The establishment of “EEN West-North China” will greatly enhance the understanding of European market by Chinese enterprises and therefore their international development through the increase of the cooperation potentials between the companies in West China and European countries. EEN West China aims to help SMEs in West China developing their enterprises capabilities, expanding their market, attracting investment, facilitating R&D of new products, bringing in talents, promoting the interaction between enterprises and governments and building a platform for information-sharing and cooperation between SMEs from China and Europe.

We established relationship with Chinese IPR functional departments (including Department of IP, Technology Division, Public Security Organs, Procuratorates, Courts, Department of Industry and Commerce, Customs, etc.) to deal with the IPR-related issues of European enterprises in China and to fasten the processing of EU-China IPR issues. Relevant training programs and seminars will be held to strengthen the bilateral cooperation and communication.
